PaulMillerHair.com, being an entirely separate company, is not related to or affiliated with any of the manufacturers and licensed distributors of the products and brand names offered as part of our "Personal Shopping Services". We refuse to wholesale or retail these products to any business entity or in bulk to any party to prevent the possibility of resale through illegitimate channels. Products listed here are purchased for our "personal customers" for "personal use" only. We are a Group of "Licensed Cosmetologists" who have formed a "Personal Shopping Network". We are purchasing professional hair and beauty products and making professional recommendations on behalf of our "personal customers" only, while acting as their "Authorized Personal Shoppers" (a consumer service protected by the U.S. Federal Trade Commission). Most Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after receipt.

Prices are rarely incorrect but we retain the right to refuse any transaction pending the correction of pricing. We will notify you of any error.

How do I return something?

Within 30 days of receiving your order, you may return all or part of it for a refund.

Before you return an item, please send an e-mail to Customer Service. We may be able to credit your account for the item without having you send it back. In your e-mail, include your order number and the reason you want to return the item (choose one of the following):
Damage
Incorrect item shipped
Dissatisfaction (please explain)
Other (please explain)

A Customer Care specialist will reply to your message and, if necessary, send you shipping instructions for returning the item.

I do not want to pay by credit card on the internet. How can I place an order?

We welcome you to order by phone Monday through Saturday at 954-922-9710, or to pay by cashiers check or money order:

1. Add all the items you would like to purchase into the Shopping Cart by clicking on the [Add to Cart] buttons beside each product.

2. When everything is in the Shopping Cart, select the shipping option that you prefer and make any changes to the quantities that you want and CLICK on the Recalculate button.

3. Now you can Print the shopping cart screen which will accurately show the total for the products and the shipping and mail a copy with your payment to:

4. Once we get your order and payment, we will ship your order to you with all possible speed. NOTE: if you want to pay by check there will be an additional delay in shipping until the check clears the bank.
